1. Introduction

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Unwanted Goods unless they are faulty or identified as damaged on receipt of delivery. Refunds of any transaction amount against any purchase through this website will be refunded through the original mode of payment.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
  • The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total order value; or, the total value of work in progress relating to that order; whichever is greater, on any order which has been accepted by us and subsequently canceled by you.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any original shipping costs.


5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

    • Digital products and downloadable software
    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
    • Items on sale or marked as final sale
